A personal operator stack, built so one founder can operate like a small team. It runs a webapp, an identity provider with passkey login, a set of agentic workflows, and an MCP gateway. All on an EU server I provisioned myself. Live since May 2026.

A SaaS for customs compliance, built solo. Multi-tenant web app with auth, payments, and transactional email, EU-hosted. Paused after I pivoted attention to other work.

Six demo sites for local business owners. I automated the build flow end to end: brand scan, design brief, code build. Each one ships in under an hour. They power a walk-in sales pipeline I run in my own neighborhood.
